Joe Sweeney joins a group exhibition and mass public participatory artwork for the area of Bankside commissioned to create a message to be displayed in a public location. Sweeney's public artwork was installed at The Tate Modern. Other participating artists include Alan Kitching, Ian Davenport, Davina Drummond and Yara El Sherbini, Bob and Roberta Smith, Iman Tajik, The Ragged School, Janette Parris, Array, Caroline Cardus, Theresa Lola and Alannah Currie.
