Portals | Special Edition

Editions Lutanie is pleased to announce the publication of London-based artist Faye Wei Wei’s debut monograph, Portals, forthcoming in July 2024. Printed in Italy on a natural matte paper, the 280-page hardcover book presents a large selection of paintings and drawings by the artist, made on wooden boards, canvas, and various paper mediums. The collection depicts a cast of characters drawn from intimate memories, combined with my-thical and metaphoric imagery, reflecting a rich collective experience. The series closes with a series of seascapes, as an invitation for withdrawal and contemplation.
